I was very pleased with Garett's repair work and his professional etiquette. I did have to call Garett a second time to re-repair one of my requested projects that he had repaired previously on 10/1/2009. Garett returned to my home in a reasonable amount of time and politely took care of my concern and as I expected Garett did not charged for the part or the second drive up repair job.

The project is not completed because the problem was found to be worse than anticipated. However, they have worked diligently to clean out my shower drain and to repair the necessary damage to wall and ceiling that had to be done to get to the pipes. They have done all they could to keep clean areas surrounding where they are working. They have been unfailingly polite, friendly and professional.

We started with the bathroom that turned out great....after talking we found out that they also did other projects so we asked for a bid to complete the rest of the basement. After they completed the job we were happy with the completed project.
