I was not informed they would charge a "trip charge" of $20 and they did not charge for this when I told them I didn't want to pay it because they did not tell me about it before hand. Also, they attempted to postpone the appt. Due to one of the installer's mother being in poor health. I told them that I needed the job done on the day they were scheduled. I had no place to store the TV until it was installed and I am not home during the week. They came out on the day they were scheduled. Other than that, they install went fine.
