They identified and fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively (replaced a plastic gear in the opener and adjusted the tension on the springs) and were very courteous and professional. The other company (Precision) gave me a bid of $350 more, and told me that both the plastic gear AND the springs had to replaced (? upselling).

The price for the work done was extremely good. I am happy with his work. I will definitely use Elite again as well as recommend this company to my friends.

He explained the costs upfront on the phone and when he was done with the job there were no surprise charges… he charged me exactly what he explained on the phone.
