Craig was very prompt - helped me try to diagnose prolem on my own and when we realized i couldnt solve out he was out in 2 days to fix my problem wiht all the needed parts.

Craig called to set up an appointment to give us an estimate for the work needed. He arrived on time, thoroughly went over the scope of the work we would need, & gave us an estimate. After setting up an appointment to do the appliance install, he confirmed with the store that we would have the item delivered prior to the installation date. As scheduled, he was here on time; proceeded to trim out the cabinets; remove the toe kick from the floor; and install the electrical box needed for hook-up. As he worked, he also managed to clean all debris so that it would not track thru the house. The installation was a complete success.
